Main Area of Responsibilities

Implementation of the companies Quality Standards for provider agencies, facilitators, coaches, lead facilitators and for generic and tailored modules.
Regularly reviewing and updating Quality Standards.
Management of freelance facilitators, coaches and lead facilitators.
'Benchmarking' provision

Key Tasks

Work with the Partnership Liaison Managers to ensure that all potential Provider Agencies are fully aware of our Quality Standards and that funding is only allocated to Provider agencies who meet (or are working towards) these standards.

Ensure that appropriate support is available for potential provider agencies and their facilitators who do not currently meet the required standards.

Work with the Product Development Manager to ensure that all generic and tailored modules and associated resources meet our Quality Standards.

Management of freelance facilitators, coaches and facilitators.

Person Specification

ESSENTIAL - Professional Qualification or equivalent experience.
ESSENTIAL - Experience of implementing Quality Standards in a relevant field.
ESSENTIAL - Experience of working in partnership with consortium projects
ESSENTIAL - Understanding of training delivery.
ESSENTIAL - Good owrking knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes especially Outlook, Word and Excel
DESIRABLE - Experience of developing and or/delivering training for carers.
DESIRABLE - Awareness of the needs of carers.
